Over ice in a tall glass, add spices, then vodka; fill with tomato juice & stir. Garnish with celery stick & lime wedge.
| 3/4 oz. | Strawberry Schnapps |
| Dash | Grenadine |
| Chilled Baileys |
Hand swirl Strawberry Schnapps over ice; strain into large Shot glass. Add Grenadine; slowly float Baileys on top.
| 1 oz. | Dark Creme de Cacao |
| 1 oz. | Brandy |
| Cream |
Blend with ice; strain into a Flute. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
| 1 1/4 oz. | Rum |
| Coke | |
| Dash | Lime juice |
Serve over ice in highball glass; garnish with a lime wedge.
| 1 1/2 oz. | Gin or Vodka |
| Splash | Lime Juice |
Stir with ice & serve on the rocks in a lowball glass, or strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
| 3/4 oz. each: | Rum Gin Vodka Tequila & Triple Sec |
| Sour Mix | |
| Splash | Cola |
Shake liquors with sour mix; pour into hurricane or large glass; add splash of Cola. Garnish with a Lemon wedge.
| 1 1/4 oz. | Vodka |
| Orange juice |
Serve over ice in a highball glass.
| 1 1/4 oz. | Vodka |
| 1 oz. | Kahlua |
| Splash | Cream |
Shake and serve over ice in a highball glass.
